Availability

Last updated: 26 Oct 2026

The Availability tab decides which dates guests can book and when the package is on sale. A stay has four sections. A bundle has no dates, so it only has the sales period.

These rules apply on top of the rooms themselves. A room that is fully booked, closed by a restriction, or blocked stays unavailable, whatever the package allows. See Availability and pricing.

Length and arrival

"How long guests stay and which day they arrive."

  • "Minimum nights": required, at least 1.
  • "Maximum nights": leave empty for no maximum. Set it equal to the minimum for a fixed length.
  • "Arrival days": the weekdays a stay can start on. Select none to allow any day.

The line under the fields shows the saved rule, for example "2 nights", "2–4 nights" or "From 2 nights". The same text appears in the "Nights" column of the package list. Press Save to update it.

Booking windows

"Stays must fall inside one of these windows." Press Add window and pick "From" and "Until". A stay must start and end inside the dates of one window. With no windows, guests can book any date the rooms are free.

Use windows for seasonal packages: a ski package from December to March, a Christmas package over the holidays.

Blocked dates

"Guests can't stay on these dates." Press Add dates and pick "From" and "Until". No night of the stay may fall in the range, and the last day counts too. A stay that checks out on the first blocked day is still allowed.

Use blocked dates to take a few days out of a longer window, for example a weekend when the restaurant is closed.

Sales period

"When guests can buy this package. Leave empty to sell it any time." Press Add range and set a start and an end with date and time. Every range needs both. You can add several ranges.

The sales period is about when guests buy, not when they stay. A summer package can go on sale in February and stop selling in June. Outside the sales period the package drops off the booking site's package list, and a guest who opens its page anyway sees "Not on sale".

What guests see

On the booking page, the calendar greys out dates the rules don't allow: dates outside every booking window, blocked dates, days that aren't arrival days, and check-out dates that make the stay too short or too long. If a guest still ends up with dates that don't fit, the booking panel says why:

  • "Not available on these dates": the arrival day is outside every booking window.
  • "Not a start day": the arrival day isn't one of the "Arrival days".
  • "At least 2 nights" or "At most 4 nights".
  • "Not available for all of these dates": the stay starts in a window but runs past its end.
  • "Closed on some of these dates": a night falls on blocked dates.
