A booked package is an ordinary order. Each part becomes its own line: a stay on the room calendar, a booking, a ticket, a product. The order groups them under the package so you and the guest see them as one purchase.
In the cart
The guest's cart shows the package as one entry: its name, "2 guests · Double Room · 12 Dec–14 Dec", the parts below, and one total. It counts as one item. Removing it removes every part.
On the order
The order page shows a card with the package name and a "Package" badge, the same guests, room, and dates line, and the package total. The chevron opens the parts, each with its own price. That price is the part's share of the package price. See How the price is split.
Each part also appears where it normally would: the stay on the calendar and its stay page, the booking on the bookings calendar, the ticket on the event. The receipt lists the package with its contents.
Changing a package stay
You can move a package stay to other dates or another room of the same accommodation from the stay page, like any stay. Two things differ:
- The price stays as booked. Moving or extending the stay doesn't reprice it.
- The accommodation can't change: "A package stay keeps its room type".
The stay keeps the add-ons the package booked, at their package prices.
Cancelling
Each part cancels on its own terms. Cancel order cancels every part at once. You can also cancel a single part from its own page, like the stay.
Cancellation fees follow each part's own cancellation policy, charged on that part's share of the package price. For the stay or a booking, that share includes its add-ons, and cancelling voids those add-on lines too. So if the room carries 2,308 kr of a 3,000 kr package, a policy that charges 50% costs 1,154 kr, not 1,500 kr. The cancel dialog quotes the total fee before you confirm.
Cancelling doesn't refund anything by itself. See Payments and refunds.
Resending the package email
In the order's activity, find "Package email sent", press View email, then Resend email. The notice "Package email sent" confirms it. The resent email uses the package's current message. See Package email.
