Organization

Last updated: 26 Oct 2026

Three settings pages describe the organization itself: General for who you are, Branding for how your checkout pages look, and Billing for your SERVOS subscription invoices. Changing them needs an owner or admin.

General

Settings → General, saved with Save:

  • "Organization information": "Name", "Slug" (your subdomain, lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens; changing it changes the address staff sign in at), "Time Zone" (every date and time in SERVOS follows it), "Status" ("Inactive" hides the organization from customers), and a "Description".
  • "Legal & billing": "Legal Business Name" and "Organization Number", which print on receipts; "Country", which decides statutory rules such as guest registration; and "Default Currency", the one currency every price is in.
  • "Address" and "Contact information" (phone, email, website). The address shows on receipts, public pages, and emails; the email is where replies to customer emails go.

Branding

Settings → Branding has two things: a "Logo" (PNG or JPG up to 2 MB), shown on checkout pages and order confirmations, and a "Theme", "Light" or "Dark", for the checkout pages. Pick the one that matches your logo; it applies as soon as you click. There are no colour, font, or domain settings. Every public page carries "Powered by SERVOS".

Billing

Settings → Billing lists the invoices for your SERVOS subscription, with "View" and "PDF" for each. It is read-only. To change your plan or payment method, contact SERVOS.

Common questions

We moved. Where do I change the address? Settings → General, "Address". New receipts and public pages pick it up immediately; already downloaded receipts don't change.

Can we use our own domain for the booking pages? No. Public pages live on servos.dk with your logo.

Who can see these settings? Every team member can open them; only owners and admins can save. A member who presses Save is told they don't have permission.
