Three places, in the order you'll probably want them: the help panel inside the app, these guides, and SERVOS support by email.
The help panel
Press the Help in the app header. A panel titled "Help" slides in with three example questions for the screen you're on and a box to type your own. Tap an example or type a question the way you'd ask a colleague, in any language, and the answer arrives as you watch. It is written from these guides, and the links under each answer name the pages it came from, so you can read further.
A few things to know:
- Follow-ups work. Ask "and how do I undo that?" and the panel knows what "that" refers to. The reset icon at the top starts a fresh conversation.
- Your question's language decides the answer's language. An English question from a Norwegian property gets an English answer.
- The panel answers from the guides only. If they don't cover something, it says so and offers "Contact support" rather than guessing.
- Questions are recorded, with the page you asked from, so the team can see what the guides are missing and write it.
These guides
Everything the panel knows is here, at servos.dk/docs, readable without signing in. The sidebar follows the app's sidebar, so the section you need has the same name as the screen you're on. Many screens also link straight to the relevant guide with a "Learn more" link next to the thing that's confusing.
Each guide opens with the short answer and the one rule that matters, then the detail, then "Common questions" at the end. If you only read the first paragraph and the common questions, you'll usually have what you need.
Reaching SERVOS
Email support@servos.dk. Say which organization you're writing from and, if it's about a specific booking or order, include the confirmation code or order number; that's the fastest way for us to find it.
Common questions
The answer in the panel was wrong. Tell us: support@servos.dk with the question you asked. Answers come from these guides, so a wrong answer means a guide needs fixing, and we'd rather fix it than have it mislead the next person.
Can guests use the help panel? No. It's for staff inside the app. Guests have the guest portal and your contact details on their booking.
