You sign in at servos.dk with your email address and password, and land in your organization at its own address, yourorganization.servos.dk. One sign-in covers every organization you belong to.
Signing in
"Log in to your account" asks for "Email address" and "Password" and signs you in until you log out; there is no session timeout. If you're in one organization, you land on its dashboard. If you're in several, "Select an organization to continue" lists them, and inside the app the menu at the top of the sidebar switches between them.
Too many wrong attempts pause sign-in for a few minutes. "Forgot password?" sends "Reset your password" to your email with a link that works for 20 minutes; a new password must be at least 12 characters. Changing your password signs you out everywhere else.
Your details
There is no account page in the app yet. Your name, email, and password are managed through an owner or admin under Settings → Users (Edit details, Send Password Reset), or through "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Your avatar is your initials.
The menu on your name in the sidebar offers "Theme", Light, Dark, or System, which is stored in your browser, and Log out.
Notifications
The bell in the header opens "Notifications". Today it carries one kind of notification: "New order placed", for every order in your organization except the ones you place yourself. Tap one to open the order; Mark all read clears the badge. They are kept for 30 days. There are no email or push notifications for staff.
Common questions
I can't sign in. Check you're on servos.dk, not your organization's address, and that the email is the one you were invited with. Use "Forgot password?" if in doubt. If your account was deactivated, an admin needs to reactivate it.
I want to change my email address. Ask an owner or admin to edit it under Settings → Users. It changes your sign-in for every organization you're in, and you'll be asked to verify the new address.
Why did I get signed out of both organizations? Deactivation in one organization ends the sign-in session, which is shared. Sign in again for the others.
