Payouts

Last updated: 26 Oct 2026

Card payments collected through SERVPAY accumulate in your balance and are paid out to your bank account on a schedule. Settings → Balance & Payouts shows where every krone is: "Total balance", "Future payouts" (settled but not yet scheduled), and "In transit to bank".

Getting set up

Before taking card payments, connect your payment account under Settings → Payments and complete the onboarding: business details, bank account, identity verification on a secure hosted page. The Payments page shows your setup progress and flags anything still required. Payouts start flowing once it shows payments and payouts as active. See Payments and hardware.

Reading a payout

The payout history lists every payout with its date, status, and amount, and exports the period to a spreadsheet. Opening a payout shows exactly what it contains: every charge and refund with its order linked, and a summary of "Charges", "Refunds", "Processing fees" (card processing), and "SERVOS fees" (the platform fee). Every transaction links back to its order, so reconciling a bank deposit against bookings is a few minutes' work.

Tip

Reconcile weekly. Export the period and match deposits in your bank. A discrepancy always isolates to a single payout, and that payout lists its orders.

The fees

SERVPAY charges a 3% platform fee on card payments, on top of standard card processing. Both appear itemized per payout, "Processing fees" and "SERVOS fees", so your accounting sees gross revenue and fees separately, never a net number it has to unpick.

Common questions

A payout failed. Usually a bank-account detail issue. Check the requirements on Settings → Payments. Anything the payment account needs from you shows as an action required there.

Why doesn't the payout match a day's sales? A payout bundles settled transactions minus refunds and fees, and card settlements take a day or two. Open the payout to see exactly which orders it contains.

Where are external payments in this? They aren't. Payouts cover card money collected through SERVPAY. Cash, bank transfers, and invoices recorded as external payments never touch this balance.
