Dashboard

Last updated: 26 Oct 2026

The dashboard is today. Who's arriving, who's leaving, who's in house, what is on the schedule, and a list of things the desk should act on right now. It updates live as bookings, payments, and check-ins happen, and there is nothing to configure: it shows the parts of SERVOS your organization actually uses.

Overview

The strip across the top shows up to six cards, each linking to its screen. "Rooms in use" is stays in house tonight against your active rooms; "Housekeeping" is dirty rooms, with a ring of clean, occupied, and dirty; "Guests in house" counts every guest on in-house stays, infants included; "Tickets today" is tickets sold against capacity for today's events; "Bookings today" is bookings starting today; "Payments today" is money taken today, with a seven-day bar chart. Cards for things you don't run (no events, no rooms) aren't shown at all.

Guests

The left column lists "Arriving" (not yet checked in, earliest first), "Departing" (checked in, leaving today), and "In house", each with the room and the time or the number of nights. Tap a row for the stay. Long lists fold to four rows with "Show more".

Today

The middle column is the day's schedule in one list: arrivals and departures grouped by time ("3 arrivals"), bookings with the customer and variant (several bookings of the same session fold into one row), and events with tickets sold. Things already over collapse behind "earlier today". A footer row previews tomorrow.

Suggested actions

The right column is the list that matters most. Each row is one thing to do, with a deadline and a one-tap button. Rows sort into "Now", "Soon" (within two hours), and "Later today":

  • Guests to check in (from 90 minutes before their check-in time) and guests to check out (from an hour before check-out). Check in / Check out.
  • Rooms not ready for arrivals: an arriving stay whose room is still dirty. Mark clean. Viewers see these rows and the check-in and check-out rows without their buttons.
  • Arrivals without a room, usually booking-site overbookings. Assign room.
  • Arrivals with money owed, for direct bookings. Request payment sends a payment link.
  • Arrivals not fully registered, until check-in is due. Send link emails the registration request, or Register opens the stay.
  • Bookings not checked in ten minutes after their start. Check in or No-show. Viewers see this row without its buttons.

Pressing a button does the thing in place; the row ticks and disappears. If it doesn't disappear, the action didn't resolve it (a registration link sent is still an incomplete register) and the row stays. Three or more of the same kind fold into one line ("16 guests to check in"). When there is nothing to do, it says "All clear" with the next upcoming item.

Common questions

The numbers look stale. The dashboard refreshes on every change, every five minutes, and when you come back to the tab. A row that depends on the clock (check-in due in 90 minutes) appears when the time comes.

Why is there no "Rooms in use" card? Your organization has no active rooms, so the card is left out. Same for events and bookings.

Can I change what's on the dashboard? No. It follows what your organization runs.
